Promotion is given on the basis of one year’s work and not
merely on marks scored in the final examinations.
Every student must be present for all the examinations. The
average is taken at the end of the year.
Each student is required to be present for 90% of school days
as pre condition for promotion.

If a pupil is not able to appear for the whole or a part of an
examination for valid reason, his/her case will be considered on the
strength of the year’s record.
If a student is found using unfair means in an examination,
he/she will be awarded zero in the papers and debarred from appearing for
the rest of the papers. Repetition of the same offence will result in

guardians are not expected to dictate any terms to the school authorities
regarding their child’s promotion or detention, which was decided on the
basis of the merit of the performance of the child. In all questions of promotion or detention the
Principal’s decision is final.
Grades are given to the children after each examination. No
grade will be given if a student was absent in any subject.
Progress report should be signed on the P.T. meeting day-
every second Saturday between 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Parents are requested
to regularly attend the PTM and meet the teachers to discuss the progress
of their wards.
